Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & HR Intern to join our training and development organization. This role involves promoting learning programs, managing recruitment, and assisting in HR training operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

Promote training programs through digital and offline channels.
Design and distribute marketing content (flyers, posts, emails).
Manage social media presence and engagement.
Conduct outreach to colleges, corporates, and training partners.

Human Resources:

Support recruitment for trainers and internal staff.
Assist in training coordination and participant management.
Maintain HR and training records.
Help with employee and trainee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Marketing, or Business.
Interest in learning and development.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with a knack for social media marketing.
