Role Overview

This internship is a unique blend of HR and marketing. You’ll help us attract top talent, build employer branding campaigns, and support internal communications. If you're someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media, and has a knack for people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing employer branding strategies across platforms
• Design and post engaging recruitment content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and job portals
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling JDs
• Support recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives
• Help organize internal events, onboarding experiences, and culture-building activities
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for HR marketing efforts

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team

Eligibility

• Final-year students or fresh graduates
• Prior internship experience in HR or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
