Job Overview:

Debox Technology is looking for a highly motivated International IT Sales Executive to drive global sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client relationship management in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate business opportunities in international markets for IT services and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with global clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Handle negotiations, contract signing, and post-sales support.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in international IT sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and cold emailing.
• Ability to work in different time zones as required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
