Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Location: Minal, Bhopal

• Fresher: ₹15,000 per month
• 1+ Year Experience: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and high-energy IT Sales Executives who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and promote IT services/products effectively. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
• Present IT products/services to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain daily reports, lead records, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on IT products, features, pricing, and competitors.

RequirementsFor Freshers

• Any graduate can apply.
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (must).
• Strong interest in sales and ability to learn fast.
• Confident, proactive, and good at customer interaction.

For Experienced (1+ Year)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle clients independently and achieve targets.
• Understanding of CRM tools, lead generation, and sales funnels (preferred).
