Marketing and HR Intern

Position : HR Intern Location : Kochi Duration : 3 Months / 6 Months Start Date : Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and learn about talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Support the onboarding process for new employees Maintain and update employee records and databases Help organize HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality A positive attitude and willingness to learn What You Will Gain: Practical experience in key HR functions Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals Exposure to recruitment tools and HR management systems Certificate of internship upon successful completion To Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to admin.hr@stepd.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Malayalam (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
