Marketing Analyst

Position Description

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate Marketing Executive to support event marketing, email campaigns, and media outreach. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute high-impact initiatives across tradeshows, webinars, email platforms, and media collaborations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone looking to build strong foundational skills in marketing operations and events.

Roles & Responsibilities

Event & Campaign Coordination

Assist in managing and updating the marketing calendar for events, webinars, and publication deadlines

Support logistical and creative coordination for tradeshows and webinars, including material preparation, design briefs, scheduling, and internal communications

Email & Digital Marketing

Support email marketing execution through HubSpot and Mailchimp, including formatting, testing, QA, and scheduling

Help maintain contact databases, track campaign performance, and assist in reporting

Media & Partnership Management

Coordinate with external publications and media partners; update trackers, follow up on timelines, and manage submission requirements

Project Management & General Marketing Support

Organize and document project workflows across active campaigns

Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks and initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience

0–1 years of experience in marketing, events, or project management (media & communications or mass communications background preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoom, and G-Suite

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proactive mindset - comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and ensuring timelines are met
