Job Description

We’re looking for a Market Research Executive who’s curious, analytical, and passionate about uncovering insights that drive brand and business growth.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into consumer behavior, competitor trends, and industry data to help shape marketing strategies, brand positioning, and creative direction.

This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting data with storytelling — turning research findings into actionable insights that fuel business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Data Gathering

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industries, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Collect data from various sources — online databases, social media, surveys, and market reports.
  • Track emerging market trends, consumer habits, and new business opportunities.

2. Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze data to identify gaps, opportunities, and brand positioning strategies.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, creative, and sales teams.
  • Support pitch decks, client presentations, and campaign briefs with relevant insights and trends.

3. Competitor & Consumer Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities across digital platforms, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Build detailed reports on category trends, pricing, communication styles, and audience engagement.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and persona profiling to refine brand targeting.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with strategy, digital, and creative teams to align research insights with campaign objectives.
  • Prepare concise research summaries, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
  • Maintain updated databases and dashboards of market data.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or data analysis (agency or consulting background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies — surveys, focus groups, secondary research, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and market research tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Statista).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
