Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Market Research Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in market research, sales, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct primary and secondary research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through outbound calling and emailers.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Identify potential customers from various sources such as business cards, newspapers, social media, and market surveys.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
Achieve specified targets within deadlines.
Develop email content/pitch as needed.
Obtain, update, and maintain customer information such as name, address, and payment method daily.
Perform database cleansing and contact details for future telemarketing activities.
Request client/s for TDS certificate/GST details and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Proven experience in market research, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in IT Hardware / Technical Support / Telecom Engineering is preferred.
