Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Market Research Executive. The Market Research Executive will analyze market trends, conduct comprehensive market research, evaluate competitors, and gather data to deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities, tracking customer preferences, and presenting findings effectively to stakeholders for strategy development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Market Research techniques, including data gathering, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency in Tools and Software for analytics, reporting, and data visualization
• Skills in communication, presentation, and creating detailed and accurate reports
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry or knowledge of the Pune market is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
