Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Market Research Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in market research, sales, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct primary and market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Develop email content and pitches to attract new clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
Represent the company at all times and follow telephone and email etiquette.
Achieve specified targets within deadlines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in market research, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with database management and telemarketing is an added advantage.
