Partnership and alliance manager

Job Summary: We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. 2. Client Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of new clients. 3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals. 4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. 5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches that meet client needs. 6. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. 7. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future business development strategies. Requirements: 1. Experience: 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 2. Skills: Proven sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the agency's industry or sector.
