Overview:

We're looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Market Research Executive to join our marketing operations team. This role focuses on the data enrichment and lead list building to fuel outbound efforts by our SDR team. You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a healthy, high-converting funnel by creating compelling lists, ensuring lead data integrity, and supporting our broader GTM programs.

This is ideal for someone looking to grow in B2B SaaS marketing, with exposure to automation tools, CRM systems, and sales/marketing collaboration.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing research, marketing operations, or a related field.
2. Support outbound pipeline generation by identifying and enriching contacts aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
3. Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc., to build lead lists from relevant sources.
4. Ensure high data quality (email validation, deduplication, normalization)
5. Regularly clean, enrich, and validate CRM data to ensure lead quality and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure leads are routed correctly and ready for follow-up.
7. Regularly review and update lead data through automated and manual processes to maintain high-quality prospect information. Utilize tools and techniques to enhance data quality, including standardization, validation, and segmentation.

Requirements:

1. Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces new challenges.
2. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Commitment to accuracy in data handling, reporting, and operational tasks.
4. Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
5. Hands-on experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, Mailchimp).
6. Experience with data enrichment tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc is a must.
7. Experience with SEP tools (Salesloft, Outreach, etc) and CRM platforms is a plus.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
9. Knowledge of
