Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute 

  manual functional test cases

   based on business and system requirements. 
• Perform 

  end-to-end testing

   across modules such as 

  Risk Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, Incident Management,

   and 

  Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  . 
• Validate 

  GRC workflows

  , including user access controls, approval hierarchies, and audit trail mechanisms. 
• Test 

  data accuracy, UI workflows, integrations, notifications, and reporting functionalities

  . 
• Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for testability. 
• Prepare 

  test plans, test scenarios, test data, and traceability matrices

  . 
• Log, track, and manage defects through a defined 

  defect lifecycle management process

  . 
• Collaborate with 

  business analysts, developers, and implementation teams

   to ensure quality delivery. 
• Ensure compliance with 

  QA processes, documentation standards, and regulatory validation requirements

  . 
• Support 

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

   and regression testing cycles. 
• Participate in 

  test status reporting and continuous improvement

   of QA processes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

   in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

• 3–7 years

   of hands-on manual functional testing experience. 
• Strong background in testing 

  GRC platforms

   such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, SAP GRC, or similar compliance systems. 
• Good understanding of 

  risk assessment frameworks

  , 

  compliance workflows

  , and 

  audit reporting

  . 
• Experience preparing 

  test cases, test scripts, test data, and defect reports

   using tools like 

  JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or TestRail

  . 
• Working knowledge of 

  SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes

  . 
• Experience testing 

  web-based enterprise applications

   with role-based access control. 
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with 

  SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA

  , or other compliance standards. 
• Experience working in 

  regulated environments

   (Banking, Insurance, Pharma, or Manufacturing). 
• Exposure to 

  SQL queries

   for backend validation. 
• Basic understanding of 

  automation tools

   (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API validation). 
• Experience testing 

  integrations with SIEM, IAM/PAM, or ticketing tools

  .
