The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating business workflows, performing end-to-end functional testing , and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the application. The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, hands-on experience with testing enterprise web applications, and a solid understanding of compliance management , risk assessment , policy management , or audit workflows . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute manual functional test cases based on business and system requirements. Perform end-to-end testing across modules such as Risk Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, Incident Management, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) . Validate GRC workflows , including user access controls, approval hierarchies, and audit trail mechanisms. Test data accuracy, UI workflows, integrations, notifications, and reporting functionalities . Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for testability. Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test data, and traceability matrices . Log, track, and manage defects through a defined defect lifecycle management process . Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to ensure quality delivery.
