Key Responsibilities

• Web Application Development:

   
• Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, modern web applications using frontend frameworks such as 

  React, Angular, or Vue

  , and backend technologies including 

  Node.js, Python, or Java

  . 

• User-Centric Collaboration:

   
• Work closely with designers and product managers to plan and deliver features that enhance user experience. 

• Code Quality & Testing:

   
• Write clean, modular, well-documented code that is easy to test, maintain, and scale. 

• Performance & Scalability Optimization:

   
• Ensure fast load times, high availability, and scalability by optimizing frontend performance and backend infrastructure. 

• Agile Development & Reviews:

   
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

• Frontend Expertise:

   
• Proficiency in 

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Backend Proficiency:

   
• Strong experience with 

  Node.js

  , 

  Python (Django/Flask)

  , or 

  Java (Spring Boot)

   

• Database & API Skills:

   
• Experience with 

  SQL databases

   (PostgreSQL, MySQL), 

  NoSQL databases

   (MongoDB), and building 

  RESTful APIs

   

• Version Control:

   
• Comfortable using 

  Git

   (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) in collaborative environments 

• Problem-Solving & Adaptability:

   
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 

• 3–6 years

   of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, demonstrating end-to-end product delivery
