Role Overview: As the Lead Total Rewards and Analytics at a leading General Insurance Company in Mumbai, your role will involve various responsibilities related to HR Analytics, Reporting, HRMS Administration, Budgeting, Forecasting, and implementation of HR Policies and SOPs. You will play a crucial role in managing HR Analytics and Total Rewards for the company, leading HR systems, process automations, data management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct HR Analytics and Reporting tasks such as Attrition analysis, HR Dashboards, fill rate monitoring, productivity tracking, and review presentations. - Administer HRMS, automate processes, and manage data effectively. - Participate in annual market salary benchmarking exercises, validate and analyze data. - Track monthly HR costs for budgeting and forecasting, evaluate gaps, and identify areas of improvement. - Implement HR Policies and SOPs effectively. - Lead HR systems, process automations, data management, and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of Total Rewards and Compensation-related activities. - Proficiency in advanced Excel and HR systems. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Excellent Analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data. - Detail-oriented approach to work. - Ability to collaborate seamlessly across various functions within the organization.,
