We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment and business HR delivery for our distribution team. You will be responsible for leading hiring strategies, managing local HR initiatives, and overseeing employee engagement. If you're a strategic thinker with a flair for stakeholder management and strong recruitment expertise, this role is for you. Responsibilities - 1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding 2. Developing hiring strategies and job specifications based on evolving business needs 3. Extending and negotiating offers while handling all documentation for new hires 4. Preparing recruitment materials and posting job openings across various platforms 5. Creating recruitment reports and leading employee engagement initiatives at the local level 6.
