Job Summary

:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager/Senior Manager to lead our bulk and lateral hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing top talent, managing high-volume recruitment, handling complex and niche requirements, and working closely with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to provide timely and accurate data-driven insights is essential.

Key Responsibilities

:• Lead end-to-end bulk and lateral recruitment for various business functions.• Manage a team of recruiters (if applicable) and drive performance metrics.• Handle difficult-to-fill roles through innovative sourcing strategies.• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.• Develop hiring plans in alignment with workforce requirements.• Prepare and share data reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics using Excel.• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.• Drive employer branding initiatives as needed.

Requirements

:• 6–10 years of experience in bulk and lateral hiring, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, and sourcing strategies.• Proven ability to manage complex hiring mandates under tight deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must be able to create and share hiring dashboards, trackers, and reports.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.• Passionate about recruitment, people-centric, and process-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

:• Prior experience in managing recruitment for sales, operations, tech, or support roles.• Experience working in a matrix or multi-location setup.• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
