Job Description

1. Manager a team of 3-4 Recruiters and and holding experience of bulk hiring in sales domain 2. Design and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth, workforce planning, and diversity goals, including aggressive sales ramp-ups.Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of recruiters and sourcers handling both niche and bulk hiring mandates
3. Own end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessment design, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closureTrack, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, cost per hire, quality of hire, sales hiring productivity) and use insights to improve speed and quality4. Manage recruitment budgets and performance of search firms, volume-hiring partners, job boards, and other vendors
