About the Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager

This role is all about building a high-performing SDR team that drives pipeline growth through research, outreach, and creativity. You’ll coach, motivate, and guide your team to generate quality leads that convert into opportunities and ultimately revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of SDRs to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
  • Develop outreach strategies (email, social, calls) that resonate with SuperOps’ target audience.
  • Drive prospecting activities across key regions, ensuring quality over quantity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and lead qualification.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Be a player-coach jumping in to support your team on key accounts or new initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or SDR leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — written and verbal.
  • A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Experience working with sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset — you love testing new ideas and improving the playbook.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when needed.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior experience in SaaS or IT service management products.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and scaling SDR teams successfully.
  • Experience building outbound programs from scratch in a startup environment.
