  IM and PS

  SAP ECC & S/4HANA

• Experience in

  Pharma, Realty, or Financial Services

  industries
• Expertise in:
  • Budget allocations
  • Settlements
  • Network & WBS
  • CAPEX & OPEX projects
  • Capital expenditure processes
• Minimum

  34 end-to-end SAP PS & IM implementations

• Cross-functional knowledge with

  SAP SD and FICO

• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and IT teams

• SAP ECC or S/4HANA (PS) certification preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• User-centric mindset with willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent functional knowledge of SAP

  PS & IM

1. SAP IM & PS Functional Expertise

• Full lifecycle design, configuration, and functional support in IM and PS modules, including: a. IM/PS configuration b. Appropriation Request creation c. Approval workflows (middleware-based) d. Budget setup and allocations e. Project/WBS/Network/Activity creation f. Cost planning g. Budget transfers/returns h. Project/WBS settlements to:
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cost Centers i. Project production cycle j. Delivery through projects k. Billing (delivery-based, milestone-based, service income) l. Other relevant functionalities (indicative, not exhaustive)

2. SAP Systems Experience

• Hands-on working experience on SAP

  ECC 6.0

  and

  S/4HANA

3. Project Implementation

• Minimum 34 full-cycle implementations in SAP IM/PS

4. End-to-End Process Expertise

• Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects initiated in IM
• Revenue/Customer projects
• Expense tracking (OPEX) projects

5. Cross-Functional Integration

• Integration knowledge with

  SD, FICO

  , and external interfaces (middleware)

6. User Training & Documentation

• Prepare end-user documentation
• Conduct end-user training as required

7. Best Practices & Governance

• Apply SAP best practices
• Participate in release upgrades, enhancement assessments, and provide recommendations

8. Collaboration & Leadership

• Engage with multiple business teams and IT functions
• May lead and coordinate activities of a small development team

9. Communication & Documentation

• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation
• Ensure effective communication across teams
