Description Senior S4HANA FICO Consultant (8+ Years Experience) Position Title: Senior SAP S4HANA FICO Consultant Role Summary

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S4HANA FICO implementations , from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and support core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing .
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide solutions for production issues.
• 2. Business Requirement Analysis
• Conduct workshops with business users to capture functional requirements and process gaps .
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with ABAP teams for RICEFW developments.
• 3. S4HANA Expertise
• Strong understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, Actual Costing , and Fiori apps .
• Experience in S4HANA Finance innovations such as Central Finance (optional), Parallel Valuation, and Real-time COPA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and Treasury to ensure seamless integration.
• Support intercompany processes , taxes, and integration with third-party systems.
• 5. Testing & Documentation
• Prepare test scripts, conduct SITUAT, and ensure proper documentation for functional areas.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users.
• 6. Stakeholder Management
• Work with business leaders, finance controllers, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Lead discussions, status updates, and project planning meetings.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO , with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S4HANA implementations .
• Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in:
• General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA)
• Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA)
• Product Costing & Material Ledger
• Excellent understanding of S4HANA table structures , Fiori apps, data migration (LTMCLSMW), and financial closing processes.
• Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants.
• Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications S4HANA Finance
• Experience in Agile project delivery.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
