The company seamlessly manages Digital Transformation journeys to help businesses thrive in the digital economy. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Ness Digital Engineering. The role is located in Pune but allows for some work from home. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a strong emphasis on Cold Calling — US region cold calling experience is a must. This is a key requirement and highly preferred. Experience in B2B tech, IT services, or consulting is a strong plus Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings with decision-makers Experience working closely with sales teams to build and maintain healthy pipelines Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment Proficiency with CRM and other data intelligence tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
