Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8–10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Indian implementation projects and be proficient in GST configuration and compliance. The candidate should be able to join within 0–15 days. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and related sub-modules. Handle full-cycle implementation projects with a focus on Indian statutory and taxation requirements, including GST. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules as per business requirements. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Analyze business processes and identify gaps, offering solutions and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, especially related to GST and other tax laws. Conduct testing, debugging, and resolving issues during and after project implementation. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support. Proven experience in Indian implementation projects, with a strong understanding of local statutory and taxation requirements. Expertise in GST configuration, compliance, and reporting. Proficient in handling integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. Knowledge of E-Invoicing and TDS/TCS configurations. Exposure to migration projects and tools. Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications.
