Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Identify new markets, trends, and customer segments in aerospace, defense, and adjacent industries. Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline targets; monitor performance against KPIs. Business Development Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and MRO organizations. Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer need analysis. Build long-term customer relationships and strategic alliances. Customer Management Act as the primary contact for key clients; manage negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization. Ensure delivery of value propositions tailored to Aerospace & Cutting Tools and high-reliability sectors. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to develop customer-centric solutions. Team Leadership & Coordination Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, quality, supply chain) to align sales efforts. Provide direction and mentorship to junior sales and business development staff. Drive cross-functional teams during RFQ responses, audits, and client presentations. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all proposals and engagements meet Aerospace & Cutting Tools regulatory standards Maintain CRM systems and provide regular updates to leadership on market performance and risks. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace or Cutting Tools Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 8–12 years of experience in sales, strategy, or business development roles in Aerospace & Cutting Tools or precision manufacturing. Strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, part approval processes, and certification standards. Proven track record in closing strategic deals and managing long-cycle B2B sales. Experience with government contracts, offset agreements, and export control (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.
