Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure compliance. Document non-conformities and work with engineers and production teams to resolve issues. Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend corrective actions. Train and guide production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.

Customer Management Act as the primary contact for key clients; manage negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization. Team Leadership & Coordination Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, quality, supply chain) to align sales efforts. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace or Cutting Tools Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 8–12 years of experience in sales, strategy, or business development roles in Aerospace & Cutting Tools or precision manufacturing. Strong understanding of aerospace supply chains, part approval processes, and certification standards. Proven track record in closing strategic deals and managing long-cycle B2B sales. Experience with government contracts, offset agreements, and export control (ITAR/EAR) is a plus.
