Job Description

Your role at Poorvi Housing involves generating business by efficiently handling leads and providing complete information about residential projects. You will lead and manage a team, provide marketing training, and ensure sales goals are met. Additionally, you will: - Develop pricing strategies and sales plans, leveraging innovation to drive sales - Stay updated on market trends, analyze competition, and formulate strategies - Provide inputs to the marketing teams, plan and forecast business quantum from Direct Sales - Contribute to project ideation, trigger BTL marketing activities, and formulate marketing plans - Recommend process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, costs, and productivity - Train sales team members, manage sales at the site, engage walk-ins, and handle negotiations - Monitor Direct Sales Team and In-House Marketing Supporting Team performance - Establish relationships with prospects, participate in target setting, and maintain customer relationships - Report sales metrics, opportunities, and threats to the Managing Director - Attend industry conferences and events to network and develop expertise Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.
