Manager Sales

A real estate sales manager leads and mentors a sales team to achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, coaching agents, and managing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities

• Team leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve their targets.
• Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Performance management: Set sales targets, monitor agent performance, and provide feedback and training.
• Market analysis: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and use this data to inform sales tactics.
• Client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with real estate laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to maximize sales efforts.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or in a similar role.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Market knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
