Pre Sales

As an individual responsible for sales at Poorvi Housing, your role involves interacting with existing and potential clients, including investors, retailers, and high net worth individuals. Your primary objective is to keep them informed about our latest developments and offerings, and engage them in our current, upcoming, and future projects. Key Responsibilities: - Aggressively achieve the sales target set for you - Conduct sales calls and effectively close leads - Maintain continuous follow-up with customers to build and retain client relationships - Generate leads by aligning client requirements with innovative ideas and marketing strategies - Conduct market reviews and studies, analyze competitors" activities, and devise strategies to counter them - Generate revenue by leveraging references of existing and upcoming projects, as well as converting prospective customers currently considering competitors" projects - Coordinate with various functions and departments at different stages of the assigned project, such as customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, and operations - Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and trends - Ensure a memorable customer experience in every step of the sales call process Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet and exceed sales targets - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus,
