Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
• Mentor team members with regular training, feedback and performance reviews.
• Handle high-value client engagement and negotiations (HNI & mid-size clients).
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline health and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate records.

Must-Have Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years

  in real estate sales;

  at least 2 years

  in a leadership role.

• Market Knowledge:

  Strong grasp of the Central Mumbai market —

  Ghatkopar to Mulund & Thane

  .

• Joining Requirement:

  Able to bring a ready team of

  minimum 5 members

  on or before joining.

• Client Skills:

  Proven experience in negotiating & closing deals with HNIs and premium customers.

• Technical & Mobility:

  Owns a bike/car with a valid driving license for client visits.

• Languages:

  Fluent in

  English, Marathi, and Hindi

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership and people-management skills.
