Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager based in Mumbai. The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the closing process for property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing funding, and ensuring timely closing. The role also involves handling any issues that arise during the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential. Qualifications Skills in Closings and Funding Experience in Sales and Mortgage Lending Knowledge of Loans and related financial instruments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
