Manager – Sales & Business Development, Europe & MENA Region

Job Summary:

We are seeking Manager - International Business Development to drive business development and sales in MENA region. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with international clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Planning:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential international markets, assessing market size, competition, regulatory landscape, and entry barriers.
• Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
• Develop and refine the business development strategy, including market entry and expansion plans, in alignment with overall company objectives.
• Prepare detailed business plans, including financial projections

1. Business Development & Sales Execution:

• Drive all sales cycle activities from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales relationship management in international markets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders in target countries.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services and network with potential partners.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, operations, logistics, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of international business strategies.
• Provide market feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings are suitable for international markets.
• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams for timely and efficient delivery of products/services to international customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with a specialization in International Business is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international business development, export sales, and market expansion.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing business deals in international markets.
• Familiarity with specific geographic regions of interest to the company (e.g., Middle East/ GCC countries).
