Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our Sales team at our Aluminium Systems Company. The Manager - Sales will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence through effective management of partners, distributors and dealers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in sales management to contribute to the success and expansion of our company in the aluminium systems industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market reach and penetration. Explore markets and customer segments to drive sales growth and revenue diversification.
· Sales Planning and Strategy: Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Identify key market segments, customer needs and competitive landscape to formulate effective sales strategies and tactics.
· Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners, including fabricators, distributors, dealers, contractors and architects to drive sales and revenue growth. Provide support, training and resources to partners to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness in promoting and selling aluminium systems products.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of partners against sales targets, KPIs and objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews, assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
· Sales Enablement and Support: Provide sales support and enablement resources to channel partners, including sales training, product demonstrations, marketing collateral and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and facilitate smooth sales processes.
· Market Intelligence and Analysis: Gather market intelligence, customer insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and decision-making. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports and analyses to track sales performance, pipeline activity and market trends. Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, achievements and challenges.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, operations and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, resolve issues and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
· B.Tech in ME / Civil having experience. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or related field are a plus.
· Total 10-15 years of experience with minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, business development or related roles, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
· Strong understanding of sales principles, channel management strategies and distribution channels.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners, attend industry events and visit customer sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.76 - ₹1,500,000.20 per month
