Role:

Role & responsibilities:

1. Candidate should have experience in sales of atleast 3-5 years.

2. Managing daily branch operations and maintaining process discipline

3. Leading the counselling and admissions pipeline to ensure continuous growth

4. Coordinating with ABM, academic teams, and marketing teams

5. Implementing strategies to increase conversions and parent satisfaction

6. Monitoring reporting structure, enquiry handling, follow-ups and CRM usage

7. Building a strong, result-oriented operational environment

8. Ensuring overall efficiency and smooth functioning of all departments

Preferred candidate profile:

-Excellent communication skills

-Admission counselling and conversions

-Leading and driving a sales/admissions team

-Target-based admission growth in an education setup
