Role: Packaging Development Manager Reporting To : Head of Supply Chain Type of Role: Individual Contributor Role Experience: ​ PGDP from IIP + 5 years of experience in FMCG Location:​ Mumbai About the Company​: The Whole Truth Foods ( www.thewholetruthfoods.com ) is a young startup that aims to rebuild the world’s trust in its food. We are India’s first (and so far only) 100% Clean Label packaged food company. In a world of loud claims and quiet disclaimers, we mention all of the 1 to 7 kitchen ingredients used in our products legibly in the front of our packs, because we have nothing to hide. We don’t use any lab-made or natural sounding chemical alternatives in our food, and we never need to use disclaimers. As a Packaging Manager at TWT, you should have a keen eye for innovative, unique packaging and a passion for creativity. This role involves designing and sourcing packaging materials and maintaining their suppliers while constantly benchmarking trends and innovations across various industries. You will play a vital role in enhancing product appeal and ensuring high standards in quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications: - Knowledge of industry best practices, current trends, packaging regulations and Compliance - Be able to do a cost analysis and value engineering for packaging - Understanding and experience for structural design for packaging - Proven experience in procurement / packaging within a fast-paced environment - Great communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioriiize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Personality: Likes research work and is detail oriented Someone who is likeable and works well with multiple different stakeholders Edge: Worked in an FMCG start-up Show more Show less
