Position: Manager/Assistant Manager – Operations Education: BBA/BMS/MBA or relevant experience. Experience: 5 years. Job Location: Mumbai (need local Candidates) Notice: Immediate joiners only Industry: Transportation/logistics/ Travel/ Hospitality/Mobility (Preferred) Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Operations Executives to achieve operational targets and service excellence. Provide ongoing coaching and support for their professional development. Performance Management: Monitor team performance against key metrics (SLA, TAT, customer satisfaction) and provide regular feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues and operational challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Process Optimization: Identify and recommend process improvements within the operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the allocation/supply team, vendor management, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse operational reports to identify trends, track performance, and provide insights to management. Training & Onboarding: Participate in the training and onboarding of new Operations Executives. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Communication & Coordination: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. Shift Management & Rostering: Oversee team schedules and ensure adequate coverage for operational needs.
