Manager Operations

We are seeking a female Operations Manager with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing teams and business operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Shopify, capable of handling day-to-day operations efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and operational targets.
• Maintain and analyze data using Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Manage and update the Shopify store, including product uploads, order management, and customer service coordination.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to support seamless operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in operations or team management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
