Manager Operations

• Coordinate and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
• Ensure consistent, high standards of service are met across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

Financial management

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and track expenses to ensure profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and report metrics to senior management.
• Implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.

Guest experience

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff and human resources

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage staff performance and create work schedules.
• Promote a positive and efficient work culture.

Safety and compliance

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the hotel.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all local laws, licensing laws, and other regulations.
• Manage security and implement emergency response procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
