Job Summary: The Stores Pharmacist is responsible for managing the medical store inventory, ensuring the availability of medicines and medical supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves procurement, storage, issuing, and documentation of pharmaceuticals and related items. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock of medicines, surgical items, and consumables. Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification. Monitor stock expiry and ensure timely return or disposal. Maintain batch number, expiry date, and MRP records. Procurement & Supply: Raise purchase requisitions based on minimum stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery. Receive, inspect, and verify stock against purchase orders. Dispensing & Distribution: Issue medicines to various departments as per indent. Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward stock. Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods. Job Title: IP Billing Executive / Senior Executive Department: Billing / Finance Location: Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital , Koramangala Job Summary: The IP Billing Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of In-Patient billing operations, including timely and accurate generation of bills, handling insurance and corporate billing, updating patient details, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Patient Billing & Documentation: Generate interim and final bills for in-patients based on treatments, investigations, and services availed. Ensure accurate entry of patient data, treatment charges, consultant fees, consumables, and pharmacy items. Reconcile patient bills with the actual services rendered. Insurance & Corporate Billing: Coordinate with TPA and insurance desk for pre-authorizations, approvals, and claim submissions. Ensure corporate packages and agreed rates are correctly applied. Maintain all necessary documentation for audit and claim processing. Patient Communication & Queries: Address patient and attendant queries regarding billing and explain the charges clearly. Escalate issues appropriately to senior billing or finance personnel. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, lab, radiology, and other departments for verification and updating of service charges. Ensure timely receipt of service inputs for billing accuracy. Compliance & Standards: Adhere to hospital SOPs and protocols for billing. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient billing data.
