Duties and responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. They must have a thorough knowledge of the menu, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. A key part of the role is also handling payments and stock updates.
