Organization Profile: Rising Star Outreach of India started in 2004 to work for the upliftment of People Affected by Leprosy. RSOI provides three major activities for these People: 1. Education, 2. Medical, and 3. Colony Development Activities. Residential Schools started to give education to the children of Persons affected by Leprosy. From the 1st to 12th Standard, we have 300 plus students staying in our Residential School. The candidate must be able to take full responsibility for their role and maximize the learning outcomes of their students. The ideal candidates are those who possess a deep understanding of Hindi principles and their practical application in real-world scenarios. They should be adept at teaching students with varying interests and aptitudes, and able to inspire them to reach their full potential. After your Probation period, you'll be eligible for our Corporate Health Insurance. Your main responsibilities will include: Prepare and deliver lectures to students on topics given in the syllabus. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts. Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. Education and Experience Requirements: UG / PG in Hindi with a Bachelors in Education from a recognised university. Minimum of three years of experience in handling Secondary students. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Strong service orientation, self-motivated, and solid time management skills.
