Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager on Duty in the Hotel Polo Towers Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Implement effective strategies to improve hotel performance and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records and reports of hotel operations and guest feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
