Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MBBS-registered doctor with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality medical care to patients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of health conditions across general medicine. Experience in handling outpatient, inpatient, and emergency cases is essential. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and medical histories. Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic diseases. Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle recommendations. Monitor and manage inpatient and outpatient treatments. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, X-rays, ECGs). Provide emergency care and first-line management of critical cases. Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care when needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Ensure adherence to ethical medical practices and healthcare regulations. Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans. Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance, and continuous medical education (CME) activities. Supervise and guide junior medical staff or interns, if required. Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college. Valid registration with the Medical Council (MCI/State Medical Council). Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in hospitals or clinics. Additional certifications in [e.g., ACLS, BLS, Emergency Medicine] are a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
