Job description:

Prepare daily census report.

Support in ER billing and admission process

Prepares Inpatient bills.

Prepares &submits roasters and attendance records..

Reports to the Operations head

Billing counselling and Admissions

LAMA counselling

MLC documentations and compliance

Resolves patient’s complaints at billing level.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing the hospital to ensure that quality of patient care is provided.

The care and treatment of patients is a major responsibility.

Monitoring the process as per quality parameters, ensuring maintenance of quality parameters and exercising quality control over functioning of the team.

To ensure the availability and deliverability of quality facilities and amenities for all patients.

To motivate the medical teams and allied staff members to perform their roles, tasks and functions to the best of their abilities to make the patients feel comfortable at all times.

Check all appointment patients are visited & payment package has been analyzed.

Responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill exceeding its goal, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for their performance. Ensure sound and stable operation of assigned departments.

Continues Training and development programs for internal staff. Meeting arrangement for all to achieve the target

Co-ordinate with the Govt. Authorities for all statutory compliances.

Generate Patient Revenue by Targeting Corporate.

Track monthly receivable and review from the Credit Partners.

Cold Calling and Generation of new leads.

Conversion of inactive corporate into active ones
