Job Summary: The Manager on Duty (MOD) serves as the primary administrative contact during non-business hours (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays). The MOD is responsible for overseeing hospital operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, handling patient and staff concerns, and responding to emergencies to maintain patient safety and service excellence.
