Manager on Duty

• 1. Operational Supervision
• Monitor all departments to ensure uninterrupted and efficient services during the shift.

2. Issue & Incident Management

• Address and resolve patient and visitor complaints or escalate serious issues.
• Coordinate with clinical teams during medical/legal cases, critical admissions, or deaths.
• Document and report incidents, patient grievances, or unusual events to senior management.

3. Staff Coordination

• Ensure adequate staffing across departments during the shift.
• Approve emergency staff duty changes in coordination with HR/department heads.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism among on-duty staff.

4. Emergency Response

• Act as the first administrative point of contact in case of emergencies (e.g., power failure, fire alarm, code blue).
• Ensure timely communication with engineering, maintenance, security, and ambulance services as needed.

5. Documentation & Handover

• Maintain a duty logbook of all events, incidents, and key decisions made during the shift.
• Ensure smooth handover to the incoming MOD or department head.
• Conduct rounds across wards, emergency, ICU, OPD, reception, security, and housekeeping.
• Ensure that patient flow, admission/discharge, and emergency services are handled promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
