Job Description – Manager (API, SaaS, Banking, Financial Services and Solutions)

Position: Manager

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in BFSI, fintech, and enterprise sectors.

- Drive sales of APIs, CRM, HRMS, Loan Management Systems (LMS), and digital onboarding solutions.

- Promote and sell E-Sign, Video KYC, and related regulatory technology products.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.

- Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations to CXO-level stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, and technical teams) to provide tailored solutions.

- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS / API sales, preferably in BFSI / fintech domain.

- Strong knowledge of API integrations, CRM, HRMS, and LMS platforms.

- Hands-on experience in selling digital onboarding solutions (E-Sign, Video KYC, etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure).

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of sales CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferred but not mandatory).

- Prior experience in BFSI technology sales will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,052.07 - ₹50,000.00 per month
