Job Description

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in handling large datasets and designing data-driven strategies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (eg, RBI guidelines)
Familiarity with collection management systems and software

JOB OVERVIEW:

Develop and maintain robust MIS (Management Information System) for the Collection Department

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reports to: RCM
Reportees: Individual profile

QUALIFICATION

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in collection processes
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making
Collaborate with sales and Customer experience teams to ensure data accuracy, system enhancements, and smooth functioning
Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data management and reporting
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports related to collections, delinquencies, recovery, and other relevant metrics
