Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating digital marketing projects from initiation to delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and marketing specialists. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are on schedule and within scope. Maintain clear documentation, status reports, and meeting notes. Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams. Identify and help resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) to monitor progress. Support campaign reporting and performance tracking. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or project coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Analytics). Experience with project management software is a plus.
