Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases. Explain company services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and web development. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain call logs and update CRM with client details and feedback. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Handle basic queries and transfer complex inquiries to the sales/technical team.
